ssh trust feiled

Description of problem:

 When deploy oracle rac with 'openssh' 8.4p，ssh trust will failed. But backstage mutual trust is connected. We have try use the low version 7.4 of 'openssh',this can pass.We hope to get a patch of 'openssh' or 'GI' to validated.
