Description of problem:
4.19 x86内核上ltp测试套ftrace_stress_test.sh导致crash：Kernel panic - not syncing: System is deadlocked on memory

本问题是复现https://bugzilla.openanolis.cn/show_bug.cgi?id=430 时产生的，vmcore看起来不太一样，请确认

之前5.10 arm内核上同一用例也产生crash，看起来跟本问题也不一样，请确认
