Description of problem:

dm linear设备reload自身触发crash

kernel-5.10

How reproducible:

必现

Steps to Reproduce:
1.dmsetup create test --table "0 20971520 linear /dev/sda 0"
2.dmsetup suspend test
3.dmsetup reload test --table "0 2048 linear /dev/mapper/test 0"
4.dmsetup resume test

Actual results:
触发内核panic

Expected results:
reload后设备正常使用
