Description of problem:
“设置”组件部分文本为汉化为中文

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

gnome-control-center 40.0.27


Steps to Reproduce:
1.进入系统点击右上角菜单栏-设置
2.查看页面文本含汉化情况

Actual results:
有部分标题和描述为英文

Expected results:
在系统语言为中文的情况下，组件内所有标题和描述都应为中文
