How reproducible:

x86架构下，virt-manager创建虚拟机，指定QXL显卡，使用8.6镜像安装操作系统。安装过程中会看到一个乱码界面，见附件
Steps to Reproduce:
1.创建虚拟机，指定QXL显卡
2.选用8.6安装镜像
3.启动安装过程

Actual results:
有花屏现象

Expected results:
正常显示
