Description of problem:
anolis23 x86_64 ECS环境，LTP测试套case:controllers/cgroup_core02执行失败.

1)git clone https://github.com/linux-test-project/ltp.git
  cd ltp
  git checkout 20230315
  make autotools
  ./configure
  make && make install
2)cd /opt/ltp
  ./runltp  -f controllers -s cgroup_core02
