oscenter构建失败

Description of problem:
os center构建anolis_23__arm64_20G_alibase_20230505.vhd镜像失败,报错:Build 'qemu' errored: Timeout waiting for SSH.完整失败日志见附件,无法生成vhd镜像,并无法触发当天anolis23-vhd-nightly测试

Actual results:
anolis_23__arm64_20G_alibase_20230505.vhd镜像构建失败

Expected results:
当天anolis23-vhd镜像构建成功,并能以当天日期为目录正确推送到anolis/23/Nightly/Images/vm/镜像存放地
