Description of problem:
截图录屏软件在使用一次后无法再打开使用，图标和快捷键都打开失败

软件版本：
1、内核版本：4.19.190-7.5.an8.loongarch64
2、系统版本：Anolis OS release 8.8

How reproducible:100

iso下载：
http://8.131.87.1/kojifiles/output/anolis-8-20230612.4/compose/BaseOS/loongarch64/iso/anolis-8-loongarch64-dvd1-20230612.4.iso

Steps to Reproduce:
1.dd刻录U盘启动盘，在软件选择模块，选择带GUI的服务器并勾选全部组件（目前开发工具和基本网页服务器勾选有错，暂时可不勾选这两个组件）
2.在启动盘中选择截图录屏软件


Actual results:
截图录屏软件在使用一次后无法再打开使用，图标和快捷键都打开失败

Expected results:
截图录屏软件可正常使用
