Description of problem:
控制中心的帮助功能无法正常使用

软件版本：
1、内核版本：4.19.190-7.5.an8.loongarch64
2、系统版本：Anolis OS release 8.8

How reproducible:100%


Steps to Reproduce:
1.dd刻录U盘启动盘，在软件选择模块，选择带GUI的服务器并勾选全部组件（目前开发工具和基本网页服务器勾选有错，暂时可不勾选这两个组件）
2.在启动器中选择控制中心
3.点击右上角“三”图标，并点击帮助

Actual results:
帮助功能无法正常使用
