电源配置

Description of problem:
物理机pxe安装iso镜像，安装GUI，设置电源不挂起，一段时间后依旧挂起

Steps to Reproduce:
1.U盘刻盘或者pxe安装iso
2.安装选项选择GUI
3.进入系统后，设置电源不挂起

Actual results:
一段时间后挂起

Expected results:
不挂起

Additional info:
原先遇到过该问题，通过sleep.conf中配置allowsuspend=no规避

该问题已经在 0701 的 daily 镜像中解决。
