龙蜥镜像(openanolis/anolisos:8)执行yum -y update不会安装glibc-langpack-en，导致执行export LC_ALL=en_US.UTF-8失败，中文会出现乱码，应用写入数据库如果有中文也会变成乱码；openanolis/anolisos:8.6-x86_64 这个tag是正常的
