Description of problem:
安装epel-aliyunsc-release后无法访问epel源

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Anolis OS 8.8

How reproducible:
yum install epel-release

Steps to Reproduce:
1.yum install epel-release
2.yum makecache

Actual results:
报错，无法访问http://mirrors.cloud.aliyuncs.com/epel/8/Everything/x86_64/repodata/repomd.xml
Expected results:
正常缓存epel源
