插拔后os下查看盘符

Description of problem:
在OS下对nvme硬盘进行暴力热插拔后，OS下使用lsblk命令查看不到硬盘盘符

Steps to Reproduce:
1.服务器上电后进入OS
2.插拔nvme硬盘两次以上，插拔后使用lsblk命令查看盘符，盘符查询不到，os下识别不到该盘
