Description of problem:
龙蜥8.2系统，通过安装rpm包方式升级内核到5.10.134-14.an8.x86_64了，并将10G网卡驱动ixgbe升级到INTEL 官方的 5.19.6版本了，发现多台不同品牌的服务器网卡都有RX errors在逐渐增长，而且是持续不断的
