Description:
在4.12之前的Libreswan3.x和4.x中发现了一个问题。当IKEv1ISAKMPSA信息交换数据包包含删除/通知有效负载，后跟作用于ISAKMPSA的进一步通知（例如重复的删除/通知消息）时，删除状态上的NULL指针取消引用会导致pluto守护程序崩溃并重新启动。
