There're some PMU related upstream bugfixes that are needed for SPR and EMR:
(v6.1-rc4) 0916886bb978 perf/x86/intel: Fix pebs event constraints for SPR
(v6.4-rc4) 38776cc45eb7 perf/x86/uncore: Correct the number of CHAs on SPR
(v6.6-rc1) 6f7f984fa85b perf/x86/uncore: Correct the number of CHAs on EMR

They corrected the number of CHAs on SPR and EMR, also updated the PEBS event constraints for SPR.
