Description of problem:加载anolis7.9镜像后，通过yum源安装maven包失败

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1.安装7.9镜像，如anolisos_7_9_arm64_20G_anck_alibase_20220316.vhd
2.实例启用后，yum install maven -y

Actual results:
maven包安装失败

Expected results:
maven包安装成功
