Description of problem:
To enhance the support for Zhaoxin processors on ANCK6.6, we will implement necessary updates and bug fixes to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.

Includes:
1. Add support for Zhaoxin Processors
2. x86/mce: Add supports for Zhaoxin MCA
3. Add support for Zhaoxin HDAC and codec
4. Driver for Zhaoxin Serial ATA IDE
5. Driver for Zhaoxin HW Random Number Generator
6. Driver for Zhaoxin AES and SHA algorithm
7. Driver for Zhaoxin core temperature monitoring
8. USB: Fix kernel NULL pointer when unbind UHCI from vfio-pci
9. Fix CRC32C instruction low performance issue
10. Add PMU support for Zhaoxin CPUs
11. rtc: Fix set RTC time delay 500ms on some Zhaoxin SOCs
12. SATA LPM patch
