CONFIG_MICROCODE_HYGON is not set

AnolisOS 23.1 RC1 测试镜像:

内核 5.10.134-16.2_rc1 没有打开 CONFIG_MICROCODE_HYGON 配置项，导致无法在海光平台进行微码加载测试。
