Description of problem:
LTP 测试以下类别用例失败：
1、cgroup相关用例全部失败；
2、pid 相关用例全部失败；
3、memcg 相关用例全部失败。
上述测试用例，使用Ubuntu 22.04 内核及开源对应的ltp版本，测试结果均为pass或者conf。

建议对比一下x86通用路径下ltp的执行结果

如果通用路径没问题，但是在海光4号上有问题，那需要给出分析结论。

在海光 3 号上跑了下 cgroup_fj 相关测试项同样 fail，看来跟 model 4h~6h CPU 关系不大。

作为对比在海光 3号 和 model 4h~6h CPU 上用 Ubuntu 22.04 + LTP 20220930 跑 cgroup_fj 相关测试是通过的，因此基本能确定跟 CPU 关系不大。
