Description of problem:
maven包安装失败，导致软件兼容性测试用例dubbo失败

iso下载：

软件环境：

Steps to Reproduce:
1.yum install maven

Actual results:
[root@bogon home]# yum install maven
Last metadata expiration check: 1:11:00 ago on Thu Jan 11 16:13:54 2024.
Error: 
 Problem: package maven-1:3.8.5-1.an23.noarch from os requires maven-lib = 1:3.8.5-1.an23, but none of the providers can be installed
  - conflicting requests
  - nothing provides mvn(org.fusesource.jansi:jansi) needed by maven-lib-1:3.8.5-1.an23.noarch from os
(try to add '--skip-broken' to skip uninstallable packages or '--nobest' to use not only best candidate packages)


Expected results:
maven包可正常安装
