新增的特性主要包括:
1. 适配最新的NFP3800系列网卡，涵盖GX系列2x10G，2x25G及4x10G三款网卡
2. 支持Corigine PCI-ID，即支持vendor id为0x1da8的网卡，网卡型号同上
3. 支持多PF特性网卡，网卡型号同上
