4.19内核在某些PCIe Gen5设备的速率显示存在问题

Actual results:
pci 0000:8a:00.0: 0.000 Gb/s available PCIe bandwidth, limited by Unknown speed x16 link at 0000:83:01.0 (capable of 126.024 Gb/s with 16 GT/s x8 link


Expected results:
正常显示速率
