Description of problem:
hygon 4平台，CMA和hugeTLB混合压测，测试CSV3启动性能。由于CSV3安全内存从CMA中分配，涉及到页面的迁移。该测试项，压力测试CMA和hugeTLB混合测试，希望CMA分配内存耗时低。

而Anolis23.rc1中，CMA和hugeTLB混测，重压力情况下，CMA分配内存耗时100多秒，预期为10秒以内。
