fio安装包

Description of problem:
使用DDE环境安装UTK工具，进行fio测试时，系统死机；
不使用utk工具，单独运行fio进行测试，也会死机；


How reproducible:
龙芯服务器安装龙蜥8.8操作系统，选装DDE环境；
1、安装龙芯架构的UTK工具；
2、运行fio测试；
或者：
1、编译附件fio包
2、运行附件脚本；

Actual results:
开始运行fio测试脚本后死机；

Expected results:
正常运行fio测试，并且有测试结果；
