Description of problem:
loongarch架构下，anolis23虚拟机无法启动anoli 8 iso

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1.在anolis23 loongarch物理机上安装qemu
2.使用qemu安装anolis 8 的虚拟机
3.发现虚拟机无法进入系统

Actual results:
虚拟机无法启动anolis8系统

Expected results:
虚拟机可以正常启动anolis8系统

Additional info:
问题是因为anolis23内核在编译的时候没有使能编译选项
+CONFIG_CPU_HAS_LSX=y
+CONFIG_CPU_HAS_LASX=y

导致的
