安装后重启无法进入系统

Description of problem:

云谷机房物理机安装测试，arm架构选择硬盘加密安装，无法正常弹出硬盘密码输入界面，导致无法进入系统

How reproducible:

测试环境： Arm架构物理机
安装方式： pxe或U盘

Steps to Reproduce:
1.进入安装界面
2.硬盘界面，勾选硬盘加密
3.尝试安装

Actual results:
报错如附件

Expected results:
正常安装

x86 架构测试无此问题，
arm 架构测试如附件截图提供的上述五步操作，输入磁盘加密口令后同样能够正常进入系统
