测试方法：
1、引导系统安装进入安装器界面
2、选择server安装,右侧组件不选择dde
3、安装完成后进入系统

实际结果：
1、进入系统后点击电源按钮,下拉列表缺少切换用户选项

预期结果：
1、电源按钮,下拉列表有切换用户选项

当添加多个用户之后，可以从电源管理中看到切换用户选项，可正常使用用户切换功能。
