8.9系统安装界面，硬盘选择加密，kdump需要额外的设备处理加密设备，安装按钮至灰，无法进行安装。

Steps to Reproduce:
1.进入系统安装界面
2.硬盘界面，勾选硬盘加密
3.默认kdump界面提示需要额外的设备处理加密设备
4.安装按钮至灰，无法进行安装

Actual results:
kdump需要额外的设备处理加密设备，安装按钮至灰，无法进行安装。

Expected results:
kdump界面正常，可以正常安装系统

磁盘加密后 kdump 出现告警提示属于预期行为，点击完成后可以继续完成安装。
