Description of problem:
由于没有loongarch架构的CI支持，社区的开发者提交的代码无法保证在loongarch架构平台的正确性，所以在代码合入后可能会导致社区代码无法正常编译loongarch架构的内核或者无法在loongarch架构下正常启动等问题。
