Description of problem:
DDE安装失败

How reproducible:
必现

Steps to Reproduce:
1.通过iso安装操作系统
2.进入安装界面
3.选择中文安装

Actual results:
此时，弹出报错窗口，无法安装，安装失败

Expected results:
成功进入安装界面，选择安装选项后，成功安装操作系统
