Description of problem:

安装后的系统没有安装龙架构机器常用的 AMD 显卡的固件文件 (/usr/lib/firmware/amdgpu/*) ；此时启动系统初始化 AMD 显卡内核模块 (amdgpu) 时画面会卡死（但系统实际上正常启动了），会让用户误以为系统死机

How reproducible:

在搭载 AMD 显卡的龙架构机器安装默认系统后重启即可

Steps to Reproduce:
1. 在龙架构机器安装 AMD 显卡
2. 默认配置安装系统
3. 重启后画面卡死

Actual results:

重启后画面卡死

Expected results:

重启后应可以正常启动
