安装DDE桌面环境，系统安装时选择的语言为汉语，系统安装启动后界面为英文

Steps to Reproduce:
1.dd刻录u盘启动盘，语言选择为中文，在软件选择中选择DDE桌面环境
2.正常安装系统，安装完成后reboot
3.进入DDE桌面环境

Actual results:
系统启动后DDE桌面环境语言为英文，详情可见附件“DDE桌面语言显示为英文.jpeg”

Expected results:
系统启动后DDE桌面语言环境为中文

1：虽然语言选择的是汉语，但系统并没有安装中文的语言包，所以不支持中文，系统集成的的时候安装上中文的语言包就可以langpacks-zh_CN，系统的默认语言切换成中文即可
