Description of problem:

打开任意应用，键入“alt+F7”组合件后，鼠标点击“移动”窗口及桌面全部卡死。所有按钮无效

How reproducible:
必现

Steps to Reproduce:
1.打开应用如文件管理器
2.键入“alt+F7”组合键调出菜单
3.鼠标点击“移动”

Actual results:
窗口及桌面全部卡死。所有按钮无效。

Expected results:
鼠标变成移动图标，窗口跟随鼠标进行移动，再次点击鼠标会确定移动新位置
