Description of problem:

打开控制中心，创建用户时输入密码超过八位后闪退

How reproducible:
必现

Steps to Reproduce:
1.打开控制中心，点击账户
2.创建普通用户test

Actual results:
在创建普通用户，输入密码操作时，当输入密码超过八位，直接退出控制中心到桌面。

Expected results:
创建用户密码必须超过八位，创建用户成功.

桌面问题，影响范围较小，建议降级到 P3
