网络配置界面未汉化

Description of problem:
系统安装界面语言设置为中文，在网络和主机名-配置界面中，界面显示为英文

iso下载：
https://mirrors.openanolis.cn/anolis/23.1/isos/GA/loongarch64/AnolisOS-23.1-loongarch64-dvd.iso

Steps to Reproduce:
1.dd刻录U盘启动盘，选择语言为中文，在系统安装界面选择网络和主机名
2.点击配置按钮，对网络进行配置


Actual results:
网络配置界面为英文，未汉化

Expected results:
当系统语言设置为中文时，网络配置界面也为中文
